Exhibition

The characters in traditional Anatolian shadow theater are made from camel or cowhide and are called “tasvir” in Turkish. It is considered one of the world’s oldest art forms with a 700-year-old tradition. The following characters have been uniquely designed by Ayhan Hulagu using traditional methods, just as listed in UNESCO’s intangible cultural heritage list.
